Thyme Honey

Our Thyme Honey is a light, golden colour and simply delicious. Thyme is a herb which has been used for centuries and is aromatic in flavour.

We source our Thyme Honey from a small, rugged and remote region in the central Otago Mountains in the South Island of New Zealand.  The bees collect pure nectar, free from horticultural sprays and pollution from traffic or homesteads.

Available in 250g & 500g sizes

If the honey granulates naturally, it can be liquefied by gentle warming.

Our Thyme Honey is RAW and unpasteurised.

Serving Suggestion: 

This versatile honey is delicious when used in a marinade, especially in savoury dishes and adds a real twist in baking.
