HONEY BREAKFAST - YUMMY

Whether you are into sweet or savoury, there is nothing like a delicious and nutritious breakfast (and let's admit, there is always a place for the less nutritious breakfast treat from time to time). With so many different ways to start your day, there is always a good argument to be made for breakfast.

Not only are eggs essential in many recipes from baked goods to sauces, they are also versatile on their own with countless ways to be prepared and enjoyed. Though small, protein-rich eggs are mighty in the nutrition arena and serve as a source of many beneficial vitamins and other nutrients. Eggs also play a role in reducing heart disease, promoting eye health, and may even help you reduce your risk of stroke and lose weight. And for those worried about the cholesterol content of eggs, studies have shown that your liver compensates for the added cholesterol to keep your blood cholesterol balanced, and eggs are even a good way to increase your HDL ("Good") cholesterol.

Honey and eggs pair really well this recipe is a great example.  Enjoy.
